Mahindra Intertrade is joint venture company of Mahindra & Nippon Steel, Japan. The plant at Baroda is for cutting and slitting of CRGO steel which is supplier to transformer industry. The plant when designed in 2007 was one of the early factories where continuous polycarbonate sky light were used for day lighting. The steel structure is a castellated portal frame for the rafter and ready to use hot rolled sections for columns etc. The utilities and admin block are connected to the main plant with the former being on the rear side.
