Marini India at Sanand is a facility to manufacture bitumen hot mix plants for Road & Highway construction. The total construction time was 14 months at a cost of INR 150 Million. Some of the key features of the project include 7500 sqm of concrete flooring done using truss screed method which had very large panel widths. This resulted in lesser construction joints and better floor leveling. The administration building was done using exposed finished concrete and stonecrete plaster.
