Shah & Talati was assigned the design of Food grade Packaging Plant in 2012. The actual construction for the project started in the year January 2014 and was completed by year end. The building is a Ground + 2 stories construction with concrete frame and slab upto first floor slab and the roof for the second floor is PEB rafter structure. The entire plant is having false ceiling, epoxy and Air conditioning in all production areas. The finished goods and raw material storage are PEB structures integrated with the main plant. The admin and canteen are also having a common wall to have better control of movement in the facility. The total constructed area is about 20,000 sqm.
